When doing publication for The Real Estate Book it is important to walk the line between what the agent wants graphically, what is feasible space-wise & and what will look good aesthetically. Unfortunately this is very difficult to do, for many reasons it can be impossible to make all three work together, at that point you have to do what you can to make sure each page and design is the best you can do within the requirements given. Luckily I have enough experience that usually make things work. The Lehigh Valley, PA book is a good example of this. The ads aren’t stunning, but we have used the space available to make each ad unique and organized to represent each agent the best way possible and the information the need on their page appropriately.
